  • Exploring how your sense of self-worth has been shaped through relationships and experience over time.

  • Understanding patterns of self-criticism, doubt, or feeling “not enough”.

  • Working with the impact these patterns may have on your choices and relationships.

  • Creating space to relate to yourself with more care, understanding, and acceptance.

  • Allowing a more stable and grounded sense of self to develop.
