Trauma can impact how you feel, think, and relate to others. I work in a trauma-informed way, focusing on safety, pacing, and helping you process experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to working with trauma often involves:

  • Understanding trauma as something that shapes how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

  • Working with patterns of response that may have developed as ways of coping with earlier experiences.

  • Exploring how safety, trust, and connection are experienced, particularly where these have been impacted.

  • Paying attention to how trauma shows up in the present moment, rather than focusing only on past events.

  • Developing greater stability, awareness, and choice in how you respond over time.
